Further to my email yesterday, I had a call from Glastonbury Earthfare to say my order had arrived! I am now in possession of long awaited Solo miso - its fabulous, food of the gods.... The taste is just as good as the original, with no worries about sodium. Well, you asked me to say what I thought! It deserves to be a best-seller, there is nothing like it on the market.
Thanks for your help - I guess I'll have to put in another order straightaway!
