The miso inside may build up a small amount of pressure from the non heat treated fementation (alive)

is Sweet Brown Miso made with Solo Sea Salt. Each grain of Solo Sea Salt averages per 100g:
Sodium 16g, Potassium 21.7g, Magnesium 2g, Trace minerals 1g. 60% less Sodium
when compared to other sea salts, allowing Potassium and Magnesium to be
present in quantities near to our bodies’ natural balance with sodium.
